These buildings in Naylor Court, NW, were damaged from neglect over the last few decades, and the damaged brickwork along the top of the third garage door was caused by a tree that fell from across the alley when Hurricane Irene hit the DC area a few months back.
Fortunately, these buildings escaped historic designation and will soon be the site of a pretty awesome new development by OPaL - look for the post with all the details later this week. I'll warn you, you're gonna want one. I know I sure do! For those of you who don't know about the project yet, what do you think would be a good use for this spot?
